How to Burn Fat - 21 Ways to Burn Fat Faster - Redbook:

"Stock up on green tea

Green tea isn't known only for its cancer-fighting benefits: It may help boost your metabolism, too. People who took green-tea extract three times a day saw their metabolic rate increase by about 4 percent, according to a study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition. (Translation: You could burn an extra 60 calories a day, which equals about six pounds a year!) It may be because green tea contains catechins, which increase levels of the metabolism-speeding brain chemical norepinephrine, says Joy Bauer, a New York City nutritionist and author of Cooking with Joy."

Million Dollar Spaghetti Casserole found on Facebook

Million Dollar Spaghetti Casserole

Ingredients

1 lb. of Ground Beef
28 oz spaghetti sauce
8 oz of Cream Cheese
1/4 cup of Sour Cream
1/2 lb. of Cottage Cheese
Whole Stick of Butter
1lb pasta such as elbow noodles or rotini
Bag of shredded cheese (I use pizza blend)
optional: sliced mushrooms, diced bell pepper, diced onion

Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Boil the noodles. Mix together the cream cheese, sour cream and cottage cheese in a mixer to thoroughly mixed together. Set aside. If you have chosen to use the bell pepper or onion saute them for 3 minuted then toss in the hamburger meat. Brown hamburger meat in a skillet and drain. Add spaghetti sauce and mix together. Put a few slices of butter in bottom of a 9×13 casserole dish. Then layer half of the noodles in the bottom of the dish. Spread the cheese mixture over this layer. Then add the rest of the noodles on top of this with a few pats of butter.
Now pour the red sauce and meat on top and spread.
Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and spread cheese on top and return to oven for another 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Free The 2-Minute Rinse Shower Timer| Soap & Glory Blog US

The 2-Minute Rinse | Soap & Glory Blog US:
"THE EARTH'S MOST IMMINENT ECOLOGICAL DISASTER: WATER SHORTAGE*.
At Soap & Glory, we encourage showering. (By selling a lot of shower gel.)
Which is why we’re on a mission to mitigate the earth-challenging effects of our business: A 2-MINUTE MISSION**.

SHOWERING RESPONSIBLY.
The average 5-minute shower uses 35 litres of water (70% of our recommended daily water use), and practically everybody showers (at least everybody we like to spend time with.) So how can a conscientious citizen help?

SAVE WATER. COME CLEAN. DO THE 2-MINUTE RINSE.
We timed seventeen Soap & Glory staffers and calculated that it was entirely possible to get washed, shampooed, conditioned and rinsed using somewhere around 120 seconds of running water. (Yes, there’s a bit of TAP ON/ TAP OFF involved, but make it in under the line and – as a bonus – you’ll get a clean conscience.)

To ease people into shorter showers, we’ve christened the second day of the workweek as 2-MINUTE RINSE TUESDAY"
