30 Day Squat Challenge Update
For those of you who started on May 1, 2013 are now on Day 5 of the challenge. I've been doing videos I guess I need to post them here too. Today we are suppose to knock out 70 Squats!!!! Oh my!!!! I just wanted to encourage everyone after a Rest Day on yesterday to get back on the SQUAT let it burn, let it burn, let it burn!!!
